Vivafit Franchise Employment policy:

Whenever possible we try internal recruitment for instances from Portugal franchise head office to Masters Franchise or from gyms to the franchise head office .
Mainly, we seek two different profiles:
a) Fitness professionals  with a high technical and sales skills, as well as ability to build great professional and personal relationships: EREPS EQF levels 3, 4 & 5.
b) Managers who can ally technical knowledge to business management and leadership skills.
Most new Vivafit gyms open at least with one experienced Vivafit professional even in our international locations. EREPS EQF levels 4 & 6.

VivaFit, the largest provider of fitness franchise in Portugal, was founded by husband and wife team - Pedro and Constance Ruiz, in 2003. Vivafit, a Portuguese brand, specializes in 30 minute group fitness programs, personalized nutrition planning, for women only.

Two years after the flagship store opened, Vivafit focused on gaining market share through franchising. By 2006, there were 35 centres opened. In 2008, Vivafit won the European Leadership Award from the fitness trade association www.IHRSA.org (American based International Health and Racquet Sports Association).

International growth is also on the horizon

VivaFit fitness franchise has expanded beyond the international shores and have established footprints in major continents. Master Franchise Agreements have been signed India, Singapore, Uruguay, Abu Dhabi, Oman and Qatar.

Our mission is to motivate women to get slimmer and fitter by making exercising and healthy-eating part of their daily lifestyle habits.

Our strengths are our passion for what we provide for women to get fitter. Our pride is in our systems which are offered to our franchisees by professional enablement training available in English, Spanish and Portuguese.
