The design of our equipment is so simple. During the workout, you will be confident, amused and will achieve the so desired results.
You just have to come to the centre, get on to one of the circuit machines and start exercising. Then, at your own pace, you just have to push and pull with your arms and legs, at the rhythm of music.
HYDRAULIC RESISTANCE IS SUPERIOR
Our equipment uses adjustable hydraulic shock absorbers that are adapted to increase or reduce resistance, depending on each others rhythm.
Hydraulic resistance is comparable to rowing a boat. If we pull slowly, there isn’t much resistance, but if we pull hard, then the resistance is much higher.
